In 1978 two University of Richmond fraternity brothers, Jim Brooks and Tom Innes, founded Brooks & Innes Realtors, specializing in sales of historic properties, single family homes, and apartments. In 1991 they then bought into the REMAX franchise as REMAX Commonwealth to expand and benefit their agents. Our office is located in the heart of the historic Fan district at 2226 West Main Street.
